formosa oolong is a classic golden breakfast style tea from china’s rolling hills. the leaves are picked dried under the strong sun which creates a natural oxidation darkening the leaf and intensifying the flavor. smooth notes of honey and stone fruit come through with no bitterness and a rounded flavor. it is great served hot or chilled with a bit of lemon peel.
instructions: for hot tea, use 1 tsp tea for every 8 oz. of hot water and steep for 4-5 minutes. for cold brew, place 2 tbsp tea in a container and add 32 oz of water. steep for at least 4 hours or overnight, strain and enjoy!
