WEB RETURN POLICY

we want you to be in love with your purchase - if you have any questions or concerns, please reach out before placing your order so that we may provide you with everything you need! we are always happy to provide additional photos and details. daughters wants to make sure you know what you are getting, and love it!

full price contemporary clothing, shoes and bags may be returned for exchange or store credit - please note that we do not issue refunds. all product must be in unused, unwashed condition with original tags still attached. return requests must be made and shipped within seven (7) days of the shipment delivery tracking date. return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and all return packages must be insured. all returns must be pre-approved by daughters. before shipping back your return, please send us an email at shopdaughtersmaine@gmail.com to let us know which item you are returning. all vintage, apothecary, swim, intimates, hats, jewelry and sale purchases are final sale. we are unable to cancel an order once it has been placed - no exceptions. daughters does not offer price adjustments.

OTHER POLICIES

shipping fulfillment of online purchases generally takes 2-4 business days and packages are shipped via usps unless otherwise specified. please email shopdaughtersmaine@gmail.com if you would like your package gift wrapped or have any special requests.

unfortunately, daughters is unable to control what happens to your package once they have been handed off to your designated mail carrier. because of this, daughters is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
